At the heart of our kitchen are Mibrasa Parilla and Charcoal Ovens, custom-crafted in Girona, Spain, and fueled by a signature blend of sustainably harvested oak, apple, and cherry woods from Virginia’s WOODWIRKS, creating the perfect balance of heat, smoke, and flavor.
